These policies will be applied to the buyer in conjunction with the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the website.

The products are for sale on the website; the buyer must pay the full price before shipment and acquires them under his own responsibility.

If there is any form of payment in installments, this will be duly announced before payment, as well as the conditions for this payment in installments.

All the information about the products is on the website, each product will include details about its proper use, as well as the care to have.

Payments will always be made through the platform indicated in the checkout, these platforms of electronic payments will be the only receivers related to the credit or debit card of the buyer, to which neither the website, nor anyone of the team have access, so that, in case of any eventuality, the claim must be made directly to the payment platform that corresponds.

Shipments will be made according to the information provided at the time of payment.

The buyer will indicate the destination address as specific as possible and with as many details as possible, it is the buyer’s responsibility the accuracy of the data for shipping, therefore, if the product does not reach its true destination, by error in the provision of the address by the buyer, no change or refund will be made, nor any administrative management will be made to correct the address.

If the error in the shipping data is attributable to the website, all necessary actions will be taken to ensure that the product reaches the buyer at no additional cost.

Shipping costs vary according to the weight and destination of the products purchased, as well as the type of transport service. The consultation of shipping costs can be done after the buyer adds the products in the shopping cart, for this the buyer must select the option “Calculate shipping costs” and enter the destination data, during this process, no personal data is collected.

The products sold have a 1 month warranty.

This warranty will only be valid if the proper care of the product has been applied, which is indicated at the time of purchase. Any sign of non-observance of these or poor care will be cause for termination of this warranty.
